How to cancel Zoom

Go to Zoom's official cancellation page

These steps are a draft, not a checked walkthrough. We have not confirmed them against a live Zoom account, and companies rearrange cancellation flows often.

1. Sign in at zoom.us and open Account Management, then Billing.
2. Under Current Plans, select Cancel Subscription.

Timing. Zoom keeps billing until the term ends; cancelling stops the renewal, not the current term.
