How to cancel Peloton

Go to Peloton's official cancellation page

These steps are a draft, not a checked walkthrough. We have not confirmed them against a live Peloton account, and companies rearrange cancellation flows often.

1. Sign in at onepeloton.com and open Account, then Subscriptions.
2. Select Manage, then Cancel Membership.

Timing. The All-Access hardware membership and the App membership are separate — check which you are cancelling.
