How to cancel Microsoft 365

Go to Microsoft 365's official cancellation page

These steps are a draft, not a checked walkthrough. We have not confirmed them against a live Microsoft 365 account, and companies rearrange cancellation flows often.

1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services.
2. Find Microsoft 365 and select Manage.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

Timing. Cancelling mid-term may leave OneDrive over its free quota — move files first.
