1. Go to amazon.com, then Account & Lists, then Prime Membership.
2. Select Update, cancel and more, then End Membership.
3. Confirm — Amazon asks several times.

Timing. Cancelling ends delivery benefits, Prime Video and Prime Music together.

Expect a counter-offer. Amazon offers a paused membership and partial refunds before the final confirm.
