How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

1. Sign in at account.adobe.com and open Plans.
2. Select Manage plan, then Cancel your plan.
3. Complete the cancellation flow and confirm.

Timing. Annual plans can charge an early-termination fee of up to half the remaining term — check before confirming.

Expect a counter-offer. Adobe often offers two to three discounted months to retain you.
